Overheard At Tough Mudder

Overheard at Tough Mudder

You’d be surprised how creative Mudders can be with their words when they’re being shocked, splatted or plunged into an ice bath. It’s an opportunity that was too good to miss for the best things we’ve overheard at Tough Mudder.

We’ve heard some seriously hilarious things come out of Mudders mouths, so read on and be prepared to take notes.

“How Is This F*cking Legal?!”

This dramatic Mudder wasn’t such a big fan of Electric Eel, as you may be able to tell from their quote.

Remember you Mudders pay for this.

“Oh My God, A Little Bit Of Wee Came Out”

We’ll be honest, we’ve heard this quite a few times from Mudders. If we had a pound for every time we heard, well, let’s just say we would have gold platted obstacles.

This particular example came from Arctic Enema, clearly so cold and shocking it’s caught one Mudder out. We hope they bought a spare change of clothes…

“Me Cago en la Leche”

Definitely not one to use in your Spanish GCSE. We heard this Spanish expletive from an unfortunate Mudder at Mud Mile, slipping down the wrong way of the mound.

Roughly, this translates to “I sh*t in the milk”. It makes no sense but it doesn’t need to make sense to be funny.

“It Zapped My Arse, It Literally Zapped My Arse”

Electroshock Therapy has no limits of where it could tap or zap you. Watch out for next time.

This unfortunate Mudder copped a few volts to bum. We’d like to think it was the obstacles way of encouraging them through.

Hear It For Yourself

Don’t let these expletives and swears put you off, it’s not all that bad, we promise.

Experience the course for yourself and even make a contribution to Overheard at Tough Mudder. We want to hear and see it.
